1. Services Provided

White Chalk delivers integrated solutions across the entire brand ecosystem, including but not limited to:

Specific deliverables, timelines, and costs for any project will be outlined in a separate, mutually agreed-upon formal proposal or Statement of Work (SOW).

2. Client Responsibilities

To ensure smooth execution and measurable results, clients are expected to provide timely feedback, necessary brand assets, and approvals. Delays in client communication may result in adjusted project timelines. We rely on the accuracy of the information you provide to deliver our strategy-led execution.

3. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment of all project fees, the final finalized deliverables (such as logos, final video exports, and deployed code) become the property of the client. However, White Chalk retains the right to use the completed work, as well as behind-the-scenes content, in our portfolio, case studies, and marketing materials unless a strict Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) is signed prior to the project start. Preliminary concepts, unused drafts, and underlying working files remain the property of White Chalk.

4. Payment Terms

Invoices are payable within the timeframe stipulated on the invoice itself. We generally require a deposit prior to commencing work on custom production, fabrication, or digital transformation projects. Late payments may incur additional fees or result in a pause in project execution.

5. Limitation of Liability

White Chalk acts as a unified partner for all brand-building needs. While we strive to deliver scalable, future-ready solutions, we cannot guarantee specific financial results or search engine rankings, as these depend on third-party platform algorithms and market variables. We shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or deliverables.

6. Governing Law

These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes relating to these terms and conditions will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Kerala, India.
